Twin Falls

Twin Falls is a wonderful place to live! Here is a small window into one excellent area to check out!  Twin Falls has many local businesses that are unique to our community. If you are in town stop by the Old Town Shops on Main Street. Park your car and stroll down tree lined sidewalks; there are so many interesting antique shops that it is hard to choose which to go in,(wander them all! I do!). Feeling a bit hungry while downtown? Try Crowley's a old fashioned soda shop or Kelly's with their breakfast specials that are hard to beat. Downtown offers a wide range of  shops  including furniture, sewing, scrapbooking, jewelry, fine art, and cooking(Rudy's) Amid this all is a beautiful old theatre that still shows movies. The Orpheum is a delight to the eye with it's carved details and high ceilings and a delight to the tummy with it's outstanding carmel popcorn. It is easy to spend a afternoon downtown, you never know what you will discover next. Have fun exploring our local businesses!

If you are looking for a good place to eat Thai food try Prasai's on 2nd Ave.

Twin Falls is also home of the College of Southern Idaho.  The college is a major employer of this community and offers many cultural events throughout the year.  From Arts of Tour events to sporting events.  Between basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball there are games to watch most of the year.  The CSI Drama Department presents many several different plays throughout the Fall and Spring Semesters. The Magic Valley Dilettantes presents a musical production each Spring.  Twin Falls may not be the largest city in Idaho but it has much to offer!

The Buffalo Cafe is my favortie for breakfast, I recommend the chips with a blueberry bran muffin. In the evening it's Pandora's with home brews and great food.
