Lowman

Page history last edited by Kelly Adams 6 mos ago

Lowman is a tiny town that sits along the South Fork of the Payette River. The main part of the town is where Hwy. 21 and the Banks-Lowman Hwy. although its residents are sprawled along the river from the junction.

Lowman is known for its many geothermal hot springs, especially Kirkham hot springs.

The best place to eat (and about the only place to eat!) would be Sourdough, which is 12 miles up-river from the junction.  They also have a gas station and small store.
