Hayden is the working class part of the Hayden/Hayden Lake area.  It has recently undergone a downtown vitalization that will eventually make a much more walkable and beautiful town.  One of the high points of this lovely little burg is the Hayden Library--a branch of the Kootenai-Shoshone Area Library district.  It is located at 8385 N. Government Way and is a very busy place.  Come visit!

According to the City of Hayden's Event page there will be a Vetern's Day parade in Hayden on Saturday Nov 8th.  Free hot chocolet and flags will be provided.
