Grace

Page history last edited by Linda Rasmussen 1 yr ago

The small agricultural community of Grace is located in the southeastern corner of the state and has access to popular hunting and fishing areas nearby. The population is approximately 1100 with many additional families living outside city limits.  Grace is well known for the seed potatoes which are raised in the area along with grain, alfalfa, and cattle.

Tourist attractions in the area include Black Canyon, a popular white water area and the ice caves located south of town. The location is approximately twenty miles from Lava Hot Springs and the restored township of Chesterfield. Soda Springs is located 10 miles away and has the world's only contained geyser.

The community has dental and medical services as well as a great school district, and is a nice place to live or visit.
